Make your own fresh Mozzarella or Burrata cheese with our creamy Mozzarella curds! The curds are made with fresh cow's, sheep's and goat's milk, and ripened in an oak barrel.
Each kilogram of curds should yield 0.8 to 0.9 kg of fresh Mozzarella cheese.
Mozzarella curds can be kept in the fridge at < 2°C for up to a week, or in the freezer at < -18°C for up to half a year.
