Whole milk from sheep, goat, and cow gives our oak-barrel-ripened Robiolina a rich and creamy texture with a mild, delicately tangy flavour. A seasoning of stone-ground and cold-pressed olive oil, figs and green pepper adds a hint of heat with bursts of sweetness.
